Welcome to the Brookside Community Website!

Brookside is a quiet townhome community located in Hendersonville, North Carolina. Hendersonville is nestled in the beautiful Blue Ridge Mountains just south of Asheville.  Our community is just minutes from the Blue Ridge Parkway and Interstate 26, close to hiking trails, art galleries, theaters, restaurants, and the Asheville Regional Airport.

The homeowners of Brookside are represented by a 3-member Board of Directors elected by the homeowners.  Board members are volunteer servants of the Homeowners Association (HOA), conducting all business.  The Brookside Homeowner Association is governed by CC&Rs, Bylaws, and Rules and Regulations that are posted on this website.
